初めての海外生活で分からないことが多くあり、困ったり悩んだりすることが多々ありました。そんな時に、日本語が話せるキラと出逢い、とても安心し、心強く感じました。キラは、とても親切で、いつも親身になって話しを聞いてくれます。キラは、日本に住んでいた経験もあり、日本人の考え方や文化も理解してくれます。ドイツの常識や生活習慣、子どもの学校のことなど、生活に身近なことをたくさん教えてくれ、とても助かりました。特に、ドイツの病院のことや、薬局で売っている市販薬のことなどを教えてもらった時は、とても助かりました。本当にありがとうございました☺️

I had a lot of difficulties as I never lived abroad before. Luckily I met Kira, who also speaks Japanese. She made me feel safe. As she lived in Japan, she knows the Japanese culture and knew the problems we Japanese might encounter in Germany. Kira explained us the cultural differences between Japan and Germany, the school system and basically everything concerning the daily life in Germany. She helped us a lot.

Especially helpful was the information regarding doctors and medication.
