When should I go for testing? COVID-19

In Berlin the Charité (a very big and famous hospital) has developed a questionnaire that should help to decide if you should go to a doctor or to do a COVID-19 test.  https://covapp.charite.de/

It is also available in English!

Questions are for example about symptoms, former travels and possible contacts but also about pre-existing conditions. The answers are saved only on the user´s own device and you get anonymous QR code at the end (this was the case when writing this article). You can also use the results of this test and bring it along to the doctor or the test center. They can read the QR code there. But the clinic emphasizes that the program does not give a diagnosis. It only helps with the decision.
