Christmas Decoration
What do Germans love and in which shops to buy Christmas decorations in Stuttgart.
Tradition
Traditionally Germans have an advent wreath starting with the first Advent sunday. This is when they also start to decorate their home with evergreen branches, fairy lights, stars, a nativity scene (called a Krippe) and other wooden decorations, candles and alike.
The Christmas tree is purchased around the middle of December.
Finally I have located my Christmas decoration in my basement - and as usual I think that I could do with some new items - so I will tell you where you can shop for Christmas decorations in Stuttgart.
You can find all sorts of pretty stuff at the Christmas markets.
